Consultant (m/f/d) Organisational Development*
These are your tasks

Organisational consulting:
-
You will support the analysis and optimisation of our clients' organisational structures and business processes
-
You will work on consulting projects to increase efficiency, optimise processes and develop an organisational ‘multi-site’ strategy

Project management:

You support the planning and implementation of consulting projects

You develop workshop and seminar content in collaboration with external speakers and our team of consultants
-
You conduct seminars and workshops with Professionals Academy clients independently
-
You prepare presentations, reports and decision papers for clients and internal stakeholders

What you bring with you
-
You have successfully completed a degree in psychology, human resources management, business administration, economics, social sciences or a comparable degree programme
-
You have two or more years of professional experience and experience in organisational consulting
-
You have experience in the area of further training and development of employees and organisations
-
You have the ability to think conceptually and to work in a structured and independent manner
-
Experience and knowledge of organisational development, process analysis and change management are essential
-
A high degree of creativity, organisational skills, hands-on mentality and service orientation round off your profile

You have a very good linguistic style, good German and English skills, textual confidence and communication skills
