With more than two decades of experience in digitalization, he manages various IT companies and shares practical recommendations.

Maximilian Heindl is the CEO of Progroup AG, a leading European manufacturer of corrugated board formats. He is the second generation to consistently pursue the family company's innovation-driven growth strategy. The industrial engineer sees many opportunities in the developments surrounding AI to better utilize potential.

Dr. Andrej Fischer studied physics and mathematics at the University of Cologne. Fascinated by the possibilities of statistical data analysis, which today we would call data science and AI, he has been intensively involved with the methods of AI in all its forms since 2010. He has been working at Comma Soft AG since 2014 and is a member of the Executive Management.
