What does a successful family strategy include?

So what is essential for a successful family strategy?

Becoming aware of the systems that exist in a family business and the different wishes and functions that prevail in these systems.

While the family system is characterized by the “logic of love and affection”, performance and profit play the overriding role in a corporate system.

An understanding of the sometimes hidden overlaps between these different expectations is a central component in the development of a family strategy.

After an exciting and informative visit to Laufer GmbH & Co. KG, we were able to prepare delicious tortellini and risottos at our joint cooking evening at Kochatelier Bielefeld.
